To her family's horror, the video went viral. "We don't know if, if two hundred people have this video or if ten thousand people have this video," Jeff Kempson told "20/20."

    Terrence Reid, a nine-year veteran of the Spalding County Fire Department, was fired after admitting he took the video of Dayna Kempson. According to an investigative report, Reid said he took the video because he "had never seen an event like that before."

    Kempson's parents had the video pulled off of YouTube but where it spread from there is anyone's guess. They are now trying to get a law passed that would prohibit first responders from using cell phone and other devices to take unauthorized pictures and videos of crash scenes and victims.
