Pollack says he got mixed reactions when he travelled around Washington, D.C., in search of corks. "With the cork boat, people either got it or they didn't get it," said Pollack. "Some people in Washington would say, 'Well, what's the issue? What's your agenda?' And I'd say, 'Fun,' and there was this kind of tangible wave of relief as they thought, "Well, I like fun!
