Keith Jesperson Was a Serial Killer With Kids at Home
In December 2009, convicted serial killer Keith Jesperson was extradited to Southern California to stand trial in the cold case murder of a young woman. Jesperson, also known as "The Happy Face Killer," is suspected of killing eight people mostly in the northwest. He is currently serving three consecutive life sentences in Oregon. (Handout)
