Reactions at Memorials in the City of Light in the Wake of Paris Attacks

French citizens of all ages and walks of life are visiting the growing memorials

— -- French citizens of all ages and walks of life are visiting the growing memorials across Paris following Friday's terrorist attacks.

People paying their respects have been gathering with family and friends, or alone, to lay flowers, candles, photos and signs in memory of victims. Many people openly weep in the streets of Paris.

ABC News spoke to French citizens at three of these sites to get their reactions to their country's mourning. They spoke of sadness and fear, but also of their hopes of perseverance, pride, peace and love of their culture.
