Nelly Furtado sings

Nelly Furtado channeled some Madonna last week during a performance at the Hard Rock Café on the Vegas Strip.

The Canadian star was part of the pre-Latin Grammy showcase known as Los Producers, a yearly tradition in which musicians cover their favorite 80's songs and all proceeds benefit a charity, in this case, City of Hope cancer center.

Nelly chose "La Isla Bonita," watch her here with the backing band Los Producers, comprised of Grammy-winning producers such as Dan Warner (Ricardo Arjona, David Bisbal) and Sebastian Krys (Shakira, Ricky Martin.)

Other artists who had fun with 80s music that night were Juanes, Antonio Orozco, Nacho from Chino y Nacho with Los Mesoneros, Carla Morrison, and others, check out photos here.

You can help out by participating in Los Producers benefit silent auction - and get some cool stuff from artists such as Calle 13, Juanes, Enrique Iglesias and Maná.
