Ugly Dogs React to Grand Canyon Tightrope-Walk

June 24, 2013— -- intro: Over the weekend, aerial walker Nik Wallenda made history by walking on a high wire across the Grand Canyon (Arizona's Little Colorado River Gorge, to be exact). You can watch highlights of "Skywire," his history-making trek, here: Our favorite part was a quick little sprint at the end that resulted in fingernails across the country being bitten off up to the bloody nubs.

Of course, that's not all that happened this weekend. Far more important (obviously) was the 25th annual World's Ugliest Dog competition, where a lovable mutt named Walle took home the top prize. Fusion gathered the celebrity uglies together and asked them to weigh in* on Wallenda's feat. Here is how they reacted, in pictures.
