November 22 will mark the 50th anniversary of the assassination of John F. Kennedy in Dallas' now-famous Dealey Plaza. The official account of JFK's death, or course, lays responsibility at the feet of Lee Harvey Oswald, a loner with Russian ties and mad skills with a bolt-action rifle.

But a new docudrama, ReelzChannel's "JFK: The Smoking Gun," claims that while Oswald was trying to knock off Kennedy, it was actually a secret service agent who accidentally fired the fatal shot and ended the Camelot presidency.

Can it get any crazier? And where do these conspiracy theories come from, anyway? Watch the video above for all you need to know.
