For thousands of young teens, the dream of becoming part of the US Olympic swim team means long hard practices and a good coach. But in several dozen cases, those coaches have been caught engaging in or have admitted to sexual misconduct with the young women whose trust they have been given. Parents and critics say that USA Swimming has not done enough to police the coaches.
