The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) special agent in charge from New York, John Gilbride, noted drug smugglers "do not lack in ingenuity." Some of the more clever methods he's seen have included picture frames made of painted drugs, clothes soaked in drugs, beaded car seat cushions made of drugs.
