Missing at the conference were many who have come in years past, including Rep. Harold "Hal" Rogers, R-Ky., who sent his regrets in a spoof video.

Rogers, the former chairman of the Homeland Security Appropriations subcommittee and a longtime backer of legislation that favored the trade group, cited a scheduling conflict.

"You've seen him make bureaucrats cry and golf balls fly. Now hear him sing," says a voice introducing Rogers. "You don't bring me flowers. You don't buy me lunches. You don't thrown me fundraisers any more," sang Rogers. (ABC News)
