The head of the US Postal Service's Inspection Service, Alexander Lazaroff, was spotted gambling at a casino while in Scottsdale, Ariz. for an official conference he arranged. Lazaroff is under internal investigation following complaints that he squandered postal service money to travel to resorts. (ABC News)
