Despite new ethics laws designed to prevent lobbyists from paying for vacations for members of Congress, Rep Dan Lungren (R-Calif) and his wife traveled to Hawaii last year for a trade conference. His campaign paid the travel costs, but since the trade group also threw two Lungren fundraisers during the conference, it made the money back. Critics say it's a shell game, while Lungren said he does a lot of business around the pool. (ABC News)
