The chilling video of a fatal crane collapse at the construction site of Milwaukee's Miller Park was shot by two employees of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration who just happened to be visiting the site in July 1999.

The crane was lifting a 400-ton piece of roof section when it collapsed. The eerie creaking sounds of the crane can be heard on the video just seconds before it comes crashing down. The accident killed three iron workers at the scene and delayed the opening of the park for one year.

The video, provided to ABCNews.com courtesy of craneaccidents.com, became a central piece of evidence in a lawsuit brought against the construction firm by the widows of the three killed workers. The widows were awarded nearly $100 million in damages in 2000. After an appeal, the jury award was lowered to $27 million.
