Tax Rebate Checks Coming Early

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury will start sending tax rebate checks to Americans next week, ahead of its previous schedule, and aims to pump $50 billion into the U.S. economy by the end of May, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said Thursday.
