Mascots Makeovers

Created in 1967, the Maytag Repairman is the longest running real-life advertising character on network television. Only four people have held that job: Jesse White, who played the part for 21 years, Gordon Jump, who starred in the role for 15 years, Hardy Rawls, who played the character for four years and Clay Jackson who took on the role in April 2007.
