How are gas prices affecting your family?

May 9, 2006 — -- Gasoline prices have been steadily rising nationwide with the average gallon of gasoline now at $3.05 as of Monday, May 7. Add that to recent increases in food prices and many people are finding themselves squeezed.

A recent poll from ABC News found that 67% of Americans say gasoline prices are causing financial hardships.

ABC News wants to hear if high gasoline prices have started to affect you and your family? Are you eating out less, seeing fewer movies, changing vacation plans especially if they involve driving? Have you changed how you go to work? Has your employer created programs to help you save money?
