    This red 2013 Ferrari will go to the lucky buyer of a $2.4 million home in Scottsdale, Ariz. The fully-gated, 7,621-sq. ft. estate has five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.     The Pierre Hotel penthouse on Fifth Avenue has officially been listed for $125 million. It occupies the 41st, 42nd, and 43rd floors of the hotel and has 16 rooms, 6 bathrooms, 5 fireplaces and 4 terraces. Stock market analyst Martin Zweig, who died in February at the age of 70, was the previous owner. Zweig bought the home for $21.5 million in 1999.

    A stunning luxury estate in Bradbury, Calif., about 20 miles northwest of Los Angeles, is on sale for $78.8 million. The property was reportedly built in 1985 and listed earlier this year by real estate developer Donald Abbey, who founded The Abbey Company in 1990. The home has a two-story library, infinity pool, and a gym clad with hanging chandeliers.

    Russian actress and heiress Anna Anissimova listed her 3,900-square-foot condo for $50 million. Anissimova, 27, is the daughter of Vasily Anissimov, a metals magnate. If sold, the condo on the 75th floor of the Time Warner Center could be the second most expensive apartment in New York City. That record that was set in January 2012 by another Russian heiress who paid $88 million.

    Ekaterina Rybolovleva, the 22-year-old daughter of billionaire Russian tycoon Dmitry Rybolovlev, has bought the Manhattan apartment of former Citigroup Chairman Sandy Weill for $88 million. The sale broke the record for the highest individual transaction in New York City history.

    A two-floor, $28 million San Francisco penthouse has made history as the most expensive condo sold in the city's history. The 20,000-square-foot condo features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, six bedrooms, seven full baths, four powder rooms; 2,500 square foot master suite, thirteen-seat home cinema and four terraces, four fireplaces and six car parking.

    A five story townhouse in the Upper East Side of Manhattan that includes the operating room of a plastic surgeon is on sale for $19.9 million. The house has 10,000 total square feet and was purchased for $2 million in 1992 before it was converted into an office and home, according to the New York Post.

    The Waterwood Estate, on 160 acres by Lake Erie, is the most expensive property in Northeast Ohio. The $19.5 million estate was built in 1991 in Vermilion for Donald Brown, the inventor of the drop ceiling, and his wife, Shirley, who both died in a plane crash in January 2010. It has a helicopter landing, a wine grotto, two indoor pools, five bedrooms, nine bathrooms and seven half-bathrooms.

    Russian investor Yuri Milner paid $100 million in March 2011 for this 25,500 French chateau-style mansion in Los Altos, Calif. It is the highest known price paid for a single-family home in the U.S. A spokesman said that Milner has no plans to move in immediately.
