    Julien's Auctions in Beverly Hills hosts "The Trilogy Collection: Props and Costumes from Middle-earth. The sword for Frodo, actor Elijah Wood, and Bilbo Baggins in LOTR sold for $156,000. "An ancient Elven blade lost during the Fall of Gondolin, it was later found amongst a troll hoard by Bilbo Baggins on his journey to the Lonely Mountain to help slay the dragon, Smaug," the listing states.

    "And my axe!" actor John Rhys-Davies says in the first film. The battle axe of Gimli sold for $180,000. The listing states, "The race of Dwarves in Middle-earth arm themselves almost exclusively with weapons that draw upon their origins as miners including picks, hammers, mattocks and - primarily - axes and Gimli, the representative of the Dwarf nation among the Fellowship is no exception."

"Gandalf is an Istar, a race of inhabitants of Middle-earth who, although resembling human beings, are most definitely not. They are creatures of great physical and mental strength," the listing states.

    An elven costume, with shield, cloak and helmet, from The Lord of the Rings is worth $30,000-50,000. "The race of Elves were amongst the most ancient and revered in all of Middle-earth, existing in complete harmony with nature and yet also feared fighters in combat," the listing states.

    Rohirrim's infantry costume is available at auction with a starting bid of $12,500. It's estimated worth is $25,000-$50,000. "The Riders of Rohan, or Rohirrim, were the horse-mounted cavalry of Rohan, trained to ride as soon as they had learned to walk," the listing states.

    The Witchking of Angmar crown $12,000-20,000. "Originally kings of Men, the Nazgûl were Sauron's greatest and deadliest servants, enslaved by him once they accepted his gifts of nine rings of power, each of which was subservient to the One Ring. Chief among them was the Witchking of Angmar, the greatest of the fallen kings in life, and still their leader now under enslavement to Sauron's will."

    The witchking of Angmar Ringwraith statue and costume display is worth $80,000-100,000. "Greatest among the Nazgûl was the Witchking of Angmar. Once one of nine great Lords of Men gifted a Ring of Power by Sauron during the Second Age of Middle-earth, the Witchking fell under the ring's corrupting influence and was turned into an undead wraith, completely under the will of the Dark Lord."

    The foam latex prosthetic feet worn by the hobbit Samwise Gamgee, played by actor Sean Astin, is worth $15,000-30,000. The Weta Workshop created oversized feet with hairy toes for each principal hobbit character that would slip over the actor's foot.
