    Writer Naomi Wolf was arrested late Tuesday, Oct. 18, as part of the Occupy Wall Street protests. Author of the book, "The Beauty Myth," Wolf has been credited with starting the 'third-wave' feminist movement after William Morrow and Company published her book in 1991.

    Christopher Friday, 25, was arrested on Oct. 10 for battery to a police officer near the Art Institute of Chicago, related to the Occupy Chicago protests, according to the Chicago police. Along with Friday's arrest, there were 24 administrative notices, or violations, issued for pedestrians to exercise due care in a roadway.
