    A builder is proposing again to expand a piece of <a href="http://www.zillow.com/blog/lenny-kravitz-childhood-home-153080/"target="external"rel="nofollow">Lenny Kravitz's childhood into a six-unit apartment</a> building after being denied in February. As the singer himself has said, "It Ain't Over Til It's Over." The home in Brooklyn’s Bedford–Stuyvesant neighborhood belonged to the singer/actor's grandparents and he spent weekends there until he was 10. That's when his family moved to Los Angeles, according to Brownstoner. The two-story house sold in December for $565,000. Listing photos show the home mid-remodel, with holes in the wall. The owner's application is pending appeal after applying to the city building department to expand the property into six units, adding a third story and 240 square feet.

The couple have each lost money on separate properties in 2013.
