A three-story, 6-bed, 9-bath penthouse in New York City is on sale for $100 million. The seller, real estate developer Steven Klar, told the New York Times he is selling the penthouse because his five-year old son "could potentially get out on the terraces." Klar purchased the raw space for $4.5 million in 1993.
