Russian actress and heiress Anna Anissimova listed her 3,900-square-foot condo for $50 million. Anissimova, 27, is the daughter of Vasily Anissimov, a metals magnate. If sold, the condo on the 75th floor of the Time Warner Center could be the second most expensive apartment in New York City.
