It's an Italian Renaissance mansion, but it's closer to New York City than to Rome. This seven-bedroom home sits on a 24.3-acre estate known as La Selva in Upper Brookville, N.Y. It features a heated, five-car garage and indoor horse stables. Once for sale at $17 million, the home's price has been slashed to $14.5 million. The estate is owned by the wife of former Computer Associates CEO Sanjay Kumar, who is currently serving time in prison for securities fraud.
