Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh is joining with St. Louis Blues owner Dave Checketts to bid on the St. Louis Rams, the Associated Press reported. Forbes Magazine estimated last month that the Rams franchise was worth more than $900 million. It is unclear whether Limbaugh will bid for a partial or 100 percent stake in the team. Limbaugh told the Palm Beach Post last year that he had "several good friends among NFL ownership, and ownership is very intriguing to me."
