The Rolls Royce used to transport Prince Charles and Princess Diana during their first visit to the United States was auctioned by the Volo Auto Museum in Illinois for $122,360 on Nov. 16, 2012.The museum states that a portion of the sale for the the armor-plated car benefits Children with Leukemia, a charity supported by the late Princess of Wales.
