Actress Lisa Rinna wears the Charmed Circle necklace and the newest skirt from her Belle Gray by Lisa Rinna for QVC Collection, available on QVC on Feb. 22. A decade ago, Rinna and her husband, fellow actor Harry Hamlin, opened their first boutique in Sherman Oaks, Calif. called Belle Gray, named after their daughters, Delilah Belle and Amelia Gray.
