Casino magnate Steve Wynn bought the duplex penthouse of the Ritz-Carlton hotel on Central Park South for $70 million, the New York Post reported, negotiated down from the $77.5 million listing price. The property spans 10,882 feet on the 30th and 31st floors, formerly the hotel's grand ballroom. The living room of the apartment, shown in the photo, is 900 square feet. (Brown Harris Stevens)
