Oprah Winfrey, Lady Gaga Top Forbes' Most Powerful Celebrities

Oprah Winfrey regained her spot for the fifth time as most powerful celebrity in Forbes' 14th annual list of 100 power players (link). Winfrey placed second for the last two years, but her cable network OWN and $77 million in earnings has put her back at the top. She is one of six women in the list's top 10.
