A corset by designer Jean Paul Gaultier that Madonna wore during her "Blond Ambition" tour, 1990, including her performance at Olympic Stadium in Barcelona on Aug. 1, 1990, sold for $51,920. It is described as a "couture corset in green silk with conical cups and beaded fringe, embroidered with candy stripes of opalescent sequins and peppermint bugle beads..." (Christie's)
