Largest Colorless Diamond Offered Sold for $27M

A Christie's employee displays the largest D color "flawless" diamond ever to be offered for sale, weighing 101.73 carats. It sold for $26,737,913 at Christie's auction house in Geneva, Switzerland. The largest pear-shaped color flawless diamond, the highlight of the "Magnificent Jewels" auction on May 15, was expected to reach $30 million. It is called "Winston Legacy" diamond, said Christie's.
