Ellen and Portia Buy Home for $26.5M

The frontman of Foster The People, Mark Foster, bought a ranch-style 3-bed home in Hollywood Hills from "General Hospital" actor Maurice Benard, according to the Real Estalker blog. Foster paid $2.155 million lower than the original listing of $3.599 million in 2008. Benard and his wife snagged the home for $420,000 in 1997. The home spans 4,637-square feet and sits on more than 1.2 acres. (Zillow)
