Grain mostly lower, livestock mixed

Grain futures were mostly lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May was declined 12.75 cents at 4.0625 a bushel; May corn fell 4 cents at 3.5775 a bushel; May oats rose 3.50 cents at $2.2175 a bushel; while May soybeans lost 3.50 cents at $9.4675 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. April live cattle was up 1.70 cents at $1.2962 a pound; April feeder cattle fell .77 cent at $1.3790 a pound; while May lean hogs was off 2.07 cents at $.6380 a pound.
