Perfect World Names Private Equity Exec to Board

Perfect World Co., a Chinese online game developer, said Saturday it has named Daniel Dong Yang, of the private equity firm SAIF Partners, as independent director.

Yang, a partner at SAIF since 2004, also servers on the boards of MainOne Information Technology Co. and Mobi Antenna Technologies Co.
