Dresser-Rand names Stephen Snider as new independent member of board of directors
Industrial equipment maker and contractor Dresser-Rand Group Inc. on Tuesday named Stephen Snider as a new independent member of its board of directors.
The move brings the total number of directors to eight.
Snider, 62, previously served as the CEO and director of Exterran Holdings Inc. and was CEO and director of the general partner of Exterran Partners LP. He retired from all positions with Exterran on June 30.
