Paragon Shipping Sets 5-Cent Quarterly Dividend

Greek drybulk carrier Paragon Shipping Inc. said Tuesday the company would pay a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share, unchanged from the second quarter.

The dividend will be paid Dec. 14 to shareholders of record on Dec. 1, the company said.

The shares rose 7 cents to close regular trading at $4.46.
