Lindsay Lohan hit the streets of New York on Sept. 13, the day that a trailer for her mom's interview with Dr. Phil began making the rounds online. In the interview, Dina Lohan appears dazed and slurs her words. While Lohan's rep said the actress doesn't comment on family members, her mom told TMZ the interview "will be good."
