Second Generation H'wood Stars

Mamie Gummer isn't just following famed mom Meryl Streep's path into Hollywood, but debuted alongside her renowned mother in the 2007 film "Evening." As if one Streep per picture wasn't enough, in "Evening," both generations grace the silver screen. However, the actresses play the same role, at different ages, hindering any onscreen chemistry between the mother-daughter duo. Gummer is also making her debut on Broadway portraying Cécile Volanges in "Les Liaisons Dangereuses."
