Actor Patrick Swayze is best known for his roles in "Dirty Dancing" and "Ghost," but the actor got his start, along with a host of other A-listers, from left, Emilio Estevez, Rob Lowe, C. Thomas Howell, Matt Dillon, Ralph Macchio, Swayze and Tom Cruise, in Francis Ford Coppola's 1983 "The Outsiders." The film, based on the 1967 novel by S.E. Hinton, tells the story of teenage have's and have-not's in 1950's Tulsa, Okla.
