No Doubt frontwoman Gwen Stefani has been rocking a killer new set of abs just 10 months after giving birth to her second son, Zuma. The singer, who recently rejoined her old band for a U.S. tour, attributes diet and old-school resistance training to her rejuvenation, and not cardio or other new-age programs. "I've tried yoga and Pilates before, but I just prefer old-school fitness workouts," Stefani told InStyle magazine.
