Kurt Cobain, the lead singer for Nirvana, was famous for smashing his guitars after a performance. One of them, which he gave to punk rocker Sluggo of The Grannies and Hullabaloo, was sold to an unidentified private collector for $100,000. The guitar, a taped-up Fender Mustang in a sunburst finish, fetched the second highest amount for an item of Cobain memorabilia, according to the Associated Press. (Robert Sorbo/AP Photo)
