Sean "Diddy" Combs has always been known to celebrate elaborately, and his 40th birthday party was no exception. The music mogul spent $3 million at his birthday bash at the Plaza Hotel in New York City Nov. 21, 2009. According to the New York Post, he spent $30,000 on a Garden of Eden themed room. Guests included Jay-Z, Nelly Furtado, Martha Stewart and Kim Kardashian.
