Actor Kiefer Sutherland of FOX's "24" let the good times roll at a bar in San Pedro, Calif. Nov. 2, 2009, where he bought about 30 people drinks, according to TMZ.com. Sutherland ran a tab of $700 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Who says drinking has to be reserved for when the sun sets?
