It looks as though Britney Spears may have gained some weight on her two-week break from the British leg of her "Circus" tour. Fans at her Paris concert saw a fuller-figured Spears squeezed into one of her elaborate outfits. Spears is scheduled to perform in 10 more venues in Europe before beginning her North American tour.
