After three years of dating, Vanessa Mannillo and Nick Lachey have decided to part ways. Lachey first hooked up with Mannillo after his divorce from singer Jessica Simpson. "They have amicably split but remain good friends who still greatly care for one another," Minnillo's rep told Us Weekly.
