— -- Amanda Bynes can officially put her New York City arrest behind her.

The case against the actress has been dismissed, ABC News has confirmed.

Last year, Bynes was arrested for allegedly throwing a bong out of her 36th floor apartment window, and charged with tampering with physical evidence, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of marijuana, authorities said.

The Timeline of Amanda Bynes's Legal and Personal Troubles

Her lawyer denied that the actress, now 28, threw a bong and Bynes tweeted she "never had a bong in my life!"

Bynes had a series of legal issues after the bong-throwing incident.

Ultimately, she entered an inpatient rehab program, and later enrolled in a fashion design program at a local college.

A prior arrangement stipulated that if the former child star stayed out of trouble for six months, the case would go away. She complied.
