I. Name of Sponsor: ABC News, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., 77 W. 66th Street, New York, NY 10023.

II. Eligibility: Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

III. How and when to enter: Log on to www.ABCNews.com and click on the "Vote for your Best in Film" on ABCNews.com, where you will be directed to vote in 15 different categories. Upon completing the voting you will be directed through to the giveaway entry page. Once at the entry page you will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Gender, Birthday, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Phone. Upon completion of the entry click "Submit". Entrant must respond to all 15 categories for entry to be eligible.

Entry period for this giveaway is November 24, 2010 through 12 midnight ET, January 9, 2011. Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. One entry per person or six per household/IP address. Any entries in excess of these limits will be disqualified.

Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated methods will be disqualified. If for any reason the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway. If canceled, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to determine the winner using all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial, delayed or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind in connection with entries or the entry process, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.

IV. How and when winners will be selected and notified: Two (2) winners will be selected at random on or about January 10, 2011 from among all eligible entries received. In the event a winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with giveaway procedures, or is not available to claim prize during specified dates, then an alternate winner will be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

Winners will be notified by telephone. Potential winners will be contacted 3 times within 3 days; if a potential winner does not respond within the period specified, potential winner will be disqualified and a new potential winner will be selected, time permitting. Once disqualified a potential winner will not be eligible to win any prize. Limit one prize per winner for this contest. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received.

Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
