Bethenny Frankel's Divorce Is Finalized

— -- Bethenny Frankel's divorce has been finalized, ABC News has confirmed.
The reality TV star and her now ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, split more than three years ago.
In June 2014, they reached a settlement over the custody of their now 6-year-old daughter, Bryn. The terms were kept confidential.
“Out of respect for her privacy and the well-being of her daughter, Bethenny is declining to comment. We can confirm that the divorce has been resolved," her lawyer, Allan Mayefsky, told ABC News in a statement. "Our client is ecstatic that this long chapter is over, and she is looking forward to moving on with her life."
Hoppy's attorney, Bernard Clair, did not respond immediately to a request for comment for ABC News, though he told People magazine that his client was "extremely happy with the settlement."
Frankel, 45, filed for divorce in 2013 from her husband of three years. The split was apparently painful and often messy, with both sides hurling allegations at one another.
"I'm going through a brutal, brutal time," she told Nightline in 2013. "There's no other way to slice it."
