— -- Bill Cosby has filed to have the indecent assault charge filed against him in Pennsylvania dismissed.

His attorneys claimed in a statement that they were "illegally, improperly and unethically" brought by District Attorney Kevin Steele and his office.

Last month, the 78-year-old comedian was arraigned on a charge of alleged aggravated indecent assault, stemming from a 2005 claim.

Cosby's legal team has repeatedly denied the allegations against him.
