— -- One member of Bon Jovi is a Tony-winning Broadway composer, but tonight the entire band hits New York's Great White Way, playing songs from its upcoming album, "This House Is Not for Sale" for fans.

Bon Jovi has been performing what it called "listening events" live in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. for the past month, playing all the songs from the new album. Tonight's show at the Barrymore, a Broadway theater, is the final such event.

"Normally, people play a record in a bar or at a little party," Bon Jovi keyboard player David Bryan told ABC News. "The idea is, this is a live listening party ... and we said, 'Let's do this on Broadway, in a small, intimate theater.' I can't wait to do it."

Bryan, 54, is pretty familiar with Broadway, having co-written the Tony-winning musical "Memphis," but he said tonight will be quite a change.

"This time I'm onstage playing my music," he said. "So it's definitely a different viewpoint."

Bryan said tonight's show, which will be live-streamed on Tidal free, will be "really engaging" because of all the stories Jon Bon Jovi will tell between songs.

At previous shows, he said, "Nobody's [eyes were], like, glassed over, because you're playing 15 new songs that they never heard before ... People loved it."

Bryan added, "The fans on social media are ... lighting up every day."

"I'm proud of this record, and I'm proud of these songs, and I'm proud of this band, and it really shows in our fans. Our old fans, our new fans really love it," he continued.

"This House Is Not for Sale" comes out Nov. 4.
