— -- Brian Austin Green responded to Megan Fox's divorce filing.

The actor is seeking joint custody of their two sons, Noah,3, and Bodhi, 1.

In documents filed with the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Green also requested spousal support.

Green also has a son named Kassius, 13, from a previous marriage.

Fox filed for divorce in August, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple wed in 2010, after dating for six years.

Fox and Green are reportedly still living in the same house while caring for their two sons.
