The man who voiced the character of Charlie Brown in the "Peanuts" television specials in the late 1960s was arraigned today on felony charges that include stalking.
Peter Robbins, 56, is charged with 12 counts of making criminal threats and stalking, according to a San Diego District Attorney's Office news release. He pleaded not guilty.
